Honda F1 3rd at British GP!
In a sodden British Grand Prix at Silverstone last Sunday, Rubens Barrichello scored a remarkable 3rd place behind Nick Heidfeld and winner Lewis Hamilton. In a race which saw many drivers caught out by treacherous conditions Rubens drove superbly to a well-deserved podium.
Team Principal, Ross Brawn, said what it meant to the tream:
“Scoring our first podium of the season is a huge boost for the morale of the entire team. It is doubly rewarding to have achieved this result at our home race, so close to both of our UK facilities at Brackley and Bracknell.”

The first Honda FCX Clarity hydrogen fuel cell vehicle has rolled off the production line in Japan.
John Kingston, environment manager for Honda UK, said: “The arrival of the first hydrogen fuel cell car is particularly significant during this time of rapidly increasing oil prices. Honda is proud to offer an alternative energy solution that could reduce our dependence on fossil fuels and the effect of motoring on climate change."
The FCX will not be available in Europe yet as only a fleet of 200 vehicles has been made available to customers in Japan and California. The only byproduct of this zero- emissions vehicle is water.
