This year, Honda has reclaimed second place overall in the JD Power Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction Study.
We're really pleased that our owners continue to be so highly satisfied with our vehicles and have kept us in the survey's top three manufacturers for the past four years.
Our scores were high across all four categories:
- Vehicle quality & reliability
- Vehicle appeal
- Service satisfaction
- Ownership cost
Honda Jazz leads its class
The Jazz kept its unbroken record of first in its class in this year's survey - a position it's held since it was first introduced in 2004. The Jazz also came third in the overall model ranking table, making it our highest achieving model. When it comes to reliability, both the Civic and CR-V came second in their sectors.
Overall, it's great news and yet another reason to make your next car a Honda.
